IMPORTANT: If your child is receiving services such as speech therapy, has been evaluated for developmental delays, or has an I.E.P., please be sure to give a copy of all paperwork to your child’s teacher. This will enable Wee Disciples to assist your child in any way needed.
You must attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate, a copy of your child’s shot records, and testing records from Jefferson County Schools or any other school system (if applicable).

Tuition for the school year is $5,000.00 per year ($500.00 per month/10 months). Your first payment will begin August 1st.

A non-refundable, one-time curriculum/supply fee of $200.00 (can be paid in 2 installments) will be billed and paid to FACTS, our tuition management company. Your registration will be complete once this fee is paid.

KINDERGARTEN AND GRADE 1 REQUIREMENTS

If your child completes Kindergarten at Wee Disciples and will be 6 prior to June 30th, Jefferson County Schools will arrange a summer date to administer a First Grade readiness test to determine your child’s readiness for First Grade.

If your child completes Kindergarten at Wee Disciples and will turn 6 after June 30th, you should make plans to enroll him/her during public school Kindergarten registration which is scheduled for a week in April at school of residence. After careful observation in the Kindergarten classroom, the principal and teacher may consider a decision to have your child placed in First Grade if he/she deems it appropriate.
**IMPORTANT**

An aide will assist the kindergarten teacher once enrollment reaches 10 students. The maximum enrollment for kindergarten will be 15 students.
